SHIPPING COSTS
In the 8 by Skillmill online store, shipping costs are not calculated in the product, but are clearly and transparently displayed.
SHIPPING TYPES
Shipping within the European Union and globally is done with the Austrian Post.
We ship daily within our opening hours from Monday to Friday, 10-18 o'clock (except on public holidays). The goods are usually ready for shipment no later than one working day after receipt of payment.
PACKAGING
As far as possible, our items are shipped in environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging.

RETURN POLICY
- Returns are only accepted on unused and original packaged items.
- For returns, please contact our customer service by email at hello@8byskillmill.com when returning the package to us to ensure proper processing.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items:
